One of my main interests is philosophy. Recently I wanted to scan a translation of some of Descartes’ writings, published in a Swedish translation in the 1940s. However, the book is now only available at bookstores for old books and it is rare to find. With the permission of the translator’s relatives, I scanned the whole book using the service of Overnight Scan-ning. The result was indeed very good and it was inexpensive. The book is now available for free download for everyone on http://www.archive.org. It is also possible to print the text or publish it. I am very pleased with the service that Overnight Scanning offers.
The price for scanning was about USD 15. That is not expensive!
